Hello my friends, thanks for your piece of advice. I have once told my doctor about it but think she didn't take serious note of it. I am visiting a new doctor this week and probably will stress that on issue. My potassium keeps going higher with every blood work I do. But I can't say much about the rest like magnesium. Thank so much once more, your are appreciated. Stay blessed.

I've gotten the legs cramps too. Sometimes it's so bad that it wakes me up in the middle of the night and I have to massage it out.

I told my doctor about it and I asked him to write me a prescription for physical therapy. The physical therapy is for massages to the major muscle areas to break up and flush the toxins accumulating in your muscles.

Be sure and drink plenty of water to flush toxins. Also, make it a point to stretch your legs, as if prepping for a run, at least twice a day.

I had muscle cramps for years. The pain was awful. My doctor put me on Quinine and it really works.
