Muscle spasms internally

Does anyone else get internal muscle spasms. ie. in stomach, behind ribs etc, i am crippled with them

I also get stomach spasms,mine are near my diaphragm n below.They get extremely painful n sometimes if they r low in my stomach they trigger spasms in my legs that all together take ur breathe away.
