WHERE CAN I FIND CENTRES THAT CAN HELP ME WITH MATHS AND ENGLISH
I am sure that local Dyslexia Action centres will provide tuition in Maths and English. Alternatively you might like to employ a private tutor - to make sure they are qualified e-mail/phone the BDA (British Dyslexia Association) and ask them for your local list or contact Patoss (professional association of teachers of students with spLD). I am a Dyslexia Tutor and it is certainly not unusual that those with Dyslexic to need specialised teaching and support regarding both maths and english indeed my enquires are about 50/50 at the moment. Hi,previous reply sounds good. The reason why I would access a dyslexia action centre is because of their assessment prior to lessons.
