I have found a playlist of exercise routines on YouTube that I did into daily, whether the weather is bad or not, for an hour or so before my wife wakes: youtube.com/playlist?list=P...

I like some gentle tai chi (or something quite like it ๐Ÿ˜ƒ). I say that because I taught myself during the first lockdown using online videos and I'm sure I could do a lot better in a proper class!

Tai Chi is very good for gentle and relaxing exercise. How many times a day/week do you have Tai Chi?๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘

I usually do three shortish sessions at home, just following the same routine from a video I've used from the beginning. There are loads and loads of different videos on YouTube, and it's a question of finding one which works for you, but of course a class is best if you can find one that will work for you.

Thatโ€™s great to hear. I did Tai Chi before COVID19 had started. I have a friend that does Tai Chi, but I canโ€™t do the class because itโ€™s during my lunch time for the week.

The total amount of steps is very good! I do between 9889 and 10,000 each day when I walk around the house.๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘

How many times a day do you go walking? What are your blood sugars before/after?๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘

I donโ€™t check before and after,. I walk for over 15 minutes at least 3 times a day and shorter walks as well. I often walk before my evening meal and test then and my sugars are usually in the mid to high 4s. No medication for my type 2 (in remission)

I work really hard at not putting carbs into my mouth. Believe me it is a strenuous activity. ๐Ÿ˜‚
