What foods do you eat that has protei... - Diabetes Research...
What foods do you eat that has protein in it to help control blood sugars?
Eat real food that is unprocessed and minimal carbs - and a lot more foods than in that list - meaningless questionnaire in my opinion. Never had a diabetes diagnosis but overcame my husbands T2D diagnosis following those basic rules....and of including fat from natural sources and not the oils and margerines from the fake food industry!
I also eat hard cheese
No subject as a questionnaire or a multiple choice vote is a waste of time because it gets people talking, discussing the subject and replying, just as we all have!
Thank you, Deborah1910 for your reply about the poll. We try to do polls to help everyone and get everyone having a discussion. I appreciate that very much and I enjoy participating/posting them, as well. 😀👍
Plain Greek yoghurt and I add fresh berries and a little low carb granola.
That's great! Greek yogurt is really good and has lots of protein depending on what brand/flavor you eat. I have Greek yogurt as part of my bedtime snack each night with a protein snack bar so I don't drop too fast when sleeping.
I have Greek yoghurt for breakfast and flavoured yoghurt at bedtime with my injection. Tonight I'm having a Muller Corner Skyr yoghurt which has Iclandic style yoghurt, quark and nuts and I've added a little bit of crumbled milk chocolate for a treat.
It's my bedtime now so, I'm logging off.
Night, night and God bless to everyone x.
