and a source of Vitamin D which once upon a time I was severely deficient! I now watch my levels like a hawk.

I tend to have some cheese for protein and perhaps some croutons for carbs. Plus, I like coulslaw.

That’s great to hear. I add cheese to the salad and some tuna/egg/salmon for protein if it’s a big salad as a main course.😀👍🌈🥗

Only lemon juice. Will add Maldives fish flakes for bc taste if available

If I bc think my blood sugar nerd getting bc down fast I finely bc chop Karelia - bitter gourd witj green collies onions and bc lemon juice and eat it
