I find I cannot exercise, other than walk, and that is very slow and painful due to arthritis.

That's great! How long each day do you use the treadmill?

That's good. Is that every day or every other day?

Sorry to hear that you pulled a ligament in the knee recently. Were you able to see a doctor about it?

Answered but my husband is T2D in remission, I am not diabetic. The best control for diabetes is diet. Get the diet right, many of the other challenges resolve.

Thanks. I had never done exercise having Type 1 since a child with asthma. Exercise is hard but just so good for my diabetic control and lung capacity and my mood

Yes, when I do a lot of walking around the house (up and down the steps), my blood sugar goes in a better control range. I'm also a type 1, but also have Epilepsy and high blood pressure issues.

don’t see cycling on your list one of the most popular forms yet not on the list.

That’s a great way to get exercise when at home. I have a few DIY projects that I have to do, but I have to see if I have to get some supplies for them, first.😀👍🌈

Okay, that’s good. Today, I was able to make some room in my garage and bin a lot of unusable bits n pieces so it’s much tidier today, finish it tomorrow. Time for an earl grey tea out in my backyard.

That's a good idea. I like tea here and there. I sometimes have it with a meal if it's cooler temps./not feeling too good.

With Cancer and Diabetes I have been declared at risk and as of writing this I am in day 60 of 90 days restriction. I have videos streamed to exercise to and have a diet with organic farming deliveries. Lunches are healthy with veggies and occasional meats. I lift weights and stretch. My morale is high.

That's great to hear about the weight lifting and organic farming deliveries. We usually put orders in at a place and then sit in a car for the employees to put everything into the trunk for us so we don't have to go inside ourselves. :-)
