I use Silverspoon sweetener, no after taste. It contains Acesulfame-K, Aspartame.

You need to have a column that says None. I have voted others but my answer is none.

Andyman ,

For each poll, we can only have 8 choices/slots for answers. 😀👍

I use Xylitol and also half sugar as it’s more like sugar.

Canderel - that’s the name - - don’t know the constituents...

Thanks for survey. Both sweeteners I use are said to be fine. Have had trouble with using others with raised blood sugar such as sorbitol and sucralose.

You’re welcome, Hidden . Some sweeteners have different reactions on some people— especially when the person may have an allergic reaction/blood sugar raise/drop.
