I can rely on activity to reduce my bg. Just going for a simple walk is good.

Walking is great exercise.

Also ambient temperature - a very hot day, or a hot bath, usually drops my BG.

Heat can do that for me in the Summer when I'm on the beach.

I have just been in Hospital & did NOT sleep for the first 5 days. Five days without sleep. It is possible & had near perfect BG. High bg makes you tired. Was in there 10 days with every 2hrs blood test.

Reminds me of when I was a baby and was in the hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
