I am going to more soon.
I would like to exercise more but all the time my body is aching afterwards. Are there more people who have this same problem? I started to swim but even then I have a lot of pain.
I don't sit still. I have been T1 since being 3 years old & NEVER been unemployed in my life . Now 53 & still full time employed. Sitting still too long is not good for anyone.
It is my intention to go take a walk each day , maybe 30 minutes, when the weather gets warmer and drier.
I'm handicapped, in a wheelchair, and the quacks don't give a darn.
Being out in the fresh air is good & apparently summer is coming !
