Also over eating and not enough exercise causes overweight. You have to find a balance between medication diet and exercise. It's not easy but it can be done.
I final lost weight by portion control. I ate what I wanted to. I usually only ate 2 meals but need to stop night time snacking. Topirmate 50mg prescription at bedtime help me. Then I curb volume to what I could fit into a cup. My breakfast got bigger and dinner got smaller and I started to loose. Soon I cut back on carbs and added protein. Special occasions I would cheat , but I went right back to the diet. I went from 260 to 227 and my goal is to be around 200. Now my diet is not going to get a doctors blessing but I am loosing weight and I am getting better blood test. I have assorted ailments and I have had many operations more than most.
Surely over-eating is the cause of being over weight or eating the wrong foods?. Cut down on the carbs and processed foods and eat healthy organic foods like fish, chicken, green veg, eggs, nuts, and some fruit. Pasta, potatoes, rice, bread and cereals are the problem. Have a look at the Caveman/Palio diet.
