That time of the year again! 1 day sober🤣 woke up with a cracking hangover New Year’s Day. Hoping I can smash this month AF as I’ve done it before in October.

How’s everyone else doing? How was your Christmas and what are your goals and targets for this year?

In for dry January. So far feels like a relief to be back on track. Lots of planning for Friday and Saturdays so I am busy. Nice to hear from you Jimbo.

It’s great to hear from you, too! That’s it. I find when you’ve got stuff in place it definitely helps. Plans and reasons not to drink.

Alright Jimbo 👋

I’m in for DJ 👍 and second Jampacked feels such a relief to have a focus. I managed 6 weeks 6days sober October. But had a dismal fail over festive period 🤦🏼‍♀️ Trainers back on and 🏃‍♀️ booked in at the gym 🏋️‍♀️
