You can do it! Start planning now. Buy some Quit Lit books, Plan a long exhausting walk/ workout followed by cake/ choc etc for Friday night. Cinema, swim anything, whatever will keep you going. Are you on the Try Dry app? Immerse yourself back into the non drinking world. Keep going......

I know that revolving door, I have been there so many times and don't have the answer to the problem apart from "ONE DAY AT A TIME " as everyone here keeps saying. Good luck.

It helps to understand how the alcoholic mind operates. Please read the chapter More about alcoholism. Our mind goes through a blank spot or a mental twist just prior to a relapse. Thats what we need to understand.
