did dry Jan dropped off the wagon Thursday and Friday . I thought I would be beating myself up for doing it but I’m not, I realised I wasn’t missing anything so I’m back on the wagon going to take a big walk today and back to happy healthy life . 😘

What was the thought process when you took the 1st drink on Thursday? When my councelor challenged me to be sober for a month, I did it but on the 32nd day, there was some body ache very well could have been resolved with a tylanol, but my alcoholic mind said beer would fix it. Back again started drinking regularly.
I had gone out with my in-laws not seen them over Xmas as I was out having a meal I had a glass of wine. But that has lead to Friday and Saturday starting a fresh Monday no alcohol today either. I need to lose some weight and move more also . 😀
I meant what was going through your mind when you ordered a glass of wine? Was there any deliberation? Or just a blind spot, you just ordered it? It will help you bring awareness. Also my question is, is your end goal to stay stopped?

Glad you’re back on the wagon. Trying to control my drinking was torture for me. But it was necessary. Because otherwise I wouldn’t have eventually stopped.
I have drank Friday & Saturday I am the opposite enjoy the wine too much & think what I am missing !🤦♀️ not having any today but will be tempted for lunch ! Definitely feel better in the week for not drinking but such a habit to drink weekends socially I am struggling to refuse a glass !
