Hi All - hope you are all just taking things day by day.
I posted quite recently one of my yoga videos and had some lovely interactions off that. Thank you. However I realise too that some of you can benefit from something far simpler and accessible. We all breathe! How deep of a relationship do we have with our breath? Here is a guided 20 minutes of a breath I teach regularly., called coherent breath.
