Hi All - hope you are all just taking things day by day.

I posted quite recently one of my yoga videos and had some lovely interactions off that. Thank you. However I realise too that some of you can benefit from something far simpler and accessible. We all breathe! How deep of a relationship do we have with our breath? Here is a guided 20 minutes of a breath I teach regularly., called coherent breath. So beneficial to me personally, and has a profound impact on those I work with therapeutically. Here is the link to the podcast.

Give it a go! As ever, I am here to answer any questions on this. It might be you take a few weeks to build up to the 6 seconds, so take your time. It's a practise.

So much love,

Ciara
