To be honest, renal recipe books are pretty boring in my experience. Google something you fancy ( not mushroom and banana cake lol) and adapt it. You have a sound knowledge I expect of what you can and can't eat.
I hear DaVita web had great meals. But by making some simple changes help to name it better for a kidney/dialysis patient. Like using powders instead of salts. Roasting our potatoes after soaking them in cold water for 2 hours. making things from scratch and not out of a box or something frozen. That way u can make substitutions and create ur own dishes.
