Hi we are waiting for our machine to be delivered, but have been told we have to wait yet another 12weeks for the water softener, anyone had this problem or similar, please we need any info you have on water softener. Thanks

Hi Supernan,

I do HHD but never had that problem of having to wait 3 months for a water softener. I would imagine it's pretty frustrating if you have already been trained up and eager to get home. Hang on in there...good luck.

Phone, write and ask again and again, 12 weeks seems a long time, BUT, its the lightbulb scenario.

Tech to place the order, this goes to finance, finance has to approve it, and request to send it. Someone has to send it, the order has to be received, and placed. invoice made, payment made, item set for dispatch, item dispatched, delivered. Techs find slot to deliver and install.

Amazon would probably be quicker if they sold RO's

Hi JMan, thanks for your reply, they managed to borrow an RO, we have been home since 7th Nov and our own machine is coming on Thur 4th but not our RO. You are right with how this process works, it is appalling, I wrote a statement to there HHD group which I had sent to the Chief Exe, and threaten going to the media, oh boy things moved very quickly. I did not relies how powerful patient power is.
