As per me you are living only half-Life, with only half of total cholesterol you are running in your body.

whenever LDL goes <70 (TC < 120) there is every possibility that it may end in cancer, because of low immunity.

Kindly start taking cow- GHEE.

The only way to increase HDL is by consuming more of Protein. Immediately you may ask how much too much?

Firstly try to understand what are constituents of HDL?. It is 55% Protein and just 8% cholesterol. So we in no way classify HDL as part of Cholesterol. I would say it is a measure of protein.

Please for heaven sake do not take protein powders available in market. This would never increase your HDL.

Try to consume about 0.75 gm of proetin for your every 1 kg of body-weight. Or take your height in cms; subtract 100 from it; remaining in grams of protein you should take everyday.

Within 15 days your HDL would increase by 10 to 15 units.
