Dear Anup, I am very much impressed by your LCHF diet chart. .I am Diabetic and kidney patient and suppose to take low protein ,low salt & low potassium diet. I wish I could take chicken, fish, eggs ,nuts & other food items mentioned by you in LCHF diet. Please advice, if possible please reply me at [e-mail]

carb means carbohydrates like potato,pasta,bread etc

An LCHF policy is suitabble for a Diabetic who is already having high cholestrol. My present cholestrol is 149 and HBA1c is 7.7. What is your opinion? As per doctor LDL IS ABOVE 150 TOO
