Is it compulsory for dibetic type II patients using tablets to take Vitamin capsules and calcium tab daily/

Whether you take vitamins or not, it is essential and good if you take antioxidants that contain base minerals to drain out unwanted , accumulated items in your system,.

Hi Doctor,

Diabetics since just last couple of years, age of 50, taking very high dose of Medicines with 10 units of Insulin at night. Please suggest some better ways or ideas. Thanks a lot.

Vitamin supplements are not essential.Calcium can be had through milk and several vegetables.Calcium supplements may be taken when you are deficient and a doctor prescribes it.

I am having Thyriod problem since two years.Now I am 61 yrs.Along with Thyriod Tab 75 MCG Doctors prescribed calcium tablets. i had not taken calcium tab. Thyroid is under control.But I am having muscle pain.i am not able to bend my hands backwards and from l;eft to right and right to lo left. Is this due to not taking calcium tab. I am also diabetic patient Type under full control.How to determine calcium deficiency. What is the remedy for this muscle pain/ Can anybody suggest?.

Can you advise me what is the remedy for impotensy at the age of 66 due to diabetis for 13 years/
