First, 60 yrs is not that old age; one can walk. However, cases of inability cannot be ruled out. Many types of body movements comparable to the drill school children do can be practiced. In short, the body which keeps moving, keeps moving for long. Small quantity of milk and honey can be taken in my view. If diabetic, please do consult your doctor. Again, please don't go for processed milk. Cow milk as fresh as possible is better than pasteurized milk.

I agree wth Dinanath that 60 is young age for avoiding walking. However, alternatively, you can try 1)swimming2)Aqua aerobics(search youtube)3)Tai chi(again youtube)

As far as I know milk is not prohibited. In fact, milk gives you calcium that is very important for your bone strength.AS you know bones get less dense as you age,so milk is helpful in that.

Honey is concentrated liquid form of sugar and so you have to treat it as you would sugar.

In my opinion walking is the simplest exercise

Any work involving spending of food digested is good, provided your heart is OK. You can pedal bicycle on stand that does not involve brisk walk. At least 15 minutes of cycling as suggested or until you sweat is enough.Better if you can do it twice a day..
