my sugar levels are very high, sometimes reaches more than 600.pl suggest what to do. I am taking lantus glargine twice a day. about 14 iu,

Thanks for your suggestion. I have only been told what not to eat. when I tried following that; the result was loss of about 16 Kg and perennial tiredness. Still am planning to get admitted for a few days for the Doc to study and suggest.

You are seriously diabetic and what you need is expert medical attention and advice from a qualified dietician. Medicines,exercises,diet and a regular lifestyle are a must with 100% compliance.Please do not neglect even a single day.For you this is not the time for trying this or that system of medicine.Go to a qualified and experienced doctor.

BS is unbelievably HighPresent Medicine Taken also is Low.Pl get Admitted in Hospital with Diabetic treatment Specialisation.They may Stabilise BS and Prescibe Medicine for Furthur treatment .Meet Doctor Quartely atleast and Monitor BS in House with Glucometer also, Meeting Doctor whenever Abnormal BS seen.
The sugar level of 600 is unimaginably very very high and I wonder how you still thrive.You have not given age , type of diabetes and how long you are suffering and from what time you started monitoring and progression details. You require hospitalisation and get suitable in patient treatment till your sugar levels are brought down to normal. Urgent-Consult the diabetes doctor.
Your BS is alarmingly High. Before trying anything on your own, consult a diabetic doctor and bring down BS. If required must get admitted to a diabetic Hospital. Normally with proper dose of Insulin BS should be under control unless you are insulin resistant. At present I am having a total of 72 units of Insulin per day, and am doing morning walk, Yoga and diet control. I am desperately looking for alternate treatment and am trying Ayurvedic medicine along with insulin. I would welcome the suggestions.
