If you are a normal man , then you can do any exercise according to your capacity to do so.
When you are suffering from diabatic not under good control , then you should do simple
walking , without taking any strain . When you are going for walking in the morning , always keep in mind to carry sugar candy or chocolate , which will help you in case of HYPOGLACEMEA .
It is always better to walk in the nearest place and you must not walk for more than 45 minutes . If you are going out for walk , then be associated with some of your friends , who can help you at the time of need.
Do not walk in empty stomach

The best exercises are WALKING, CYCLING,SWIMMING AND MILD EXERCISE.Maximum time limit is 45 minutes for doing any one of these exercises. Seeking doctors advise is better who may know your health condition.
