Diabetic nueropathy is not curable but can be controlled. It is suggested to exercise and take Alfa Lipoic acid/ Diavit plus in consultation of your Doctor

I'd agree with Rakesh. I take 2 x 100 mg of Gabapentine (Progaba or Gabatin or Gabavin) at night, after food. But, no noticeable change has been happening.
