Did you check your spam folder?
Hi rvmasalvad if you go to your photo icon top right and click that, then click settings you can see what notifications you have selected. If you still have a problem then please let me know and I will follow it up for you.

You can send HU an email message and explain to them what the issue is. They will have you say what type of computer/device you have been using for the site/HU app. Once you have given the information, you may be told to refresh/restart your browser/computer to see if it helps.
