Nobody can say for sure. May be there may be some effect but not as claimed. Anyway it is to be taken in addition of the other medicine you are taking. If you want you can give a try without discountinuing your other medicines and taking other precautions for diet and exercise as recommended in consultation of your doctor
BGR-34 is a an ayurvedic product with antiglycemic properties. But more attention has to be given for low-carbohydrate diet, aerobic exercises and diabetes education.
