FBS and A1BC are interconnected . Ppbs only reflects the outcome of quality and quantity of food intake . Reduced levels of PPBS give false sense of safety . It is neither cure nor control of the malady .It is only FBS which gives the real state and condition of the disease.IT is the Fbs reading that has to be paid attention and a solution has to be sought after .
well...one more thing here bhai...amylose...Starch with a high amylose content..... and long wheat got more amylose than other grains...
and one more thing....curd is live bacteria...we need to boiled them and feed living bacteria of gut with dead bodies of boiled curd...thats the idea...
