start using extra virgin olive oil stop eating sugar and drink bitter gourd smoothies with spinach and apples
Dear drrizwan; I've seen your previous posts advising us using Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tb before bedtime and 2 Tb an hour before breakfast) in which I have few questions:
1) how can this oil (EVO) control blood sugar level?
2) I've been using this oil for cooking and as dressing for my salads for many years. Do you think this way of using EVO will have the same health benefits similar to the method of taking EVO as you've advised ? (in terms of lowering BSL)
Thanks!
hey nice to hear from you... like the old saying "unless you try it, you can not tell " using olive oil in dressing salads will prevent BG spikes you may have noticed these things if youre using evo that your BG after taking remains in normal range and does not go high, other then that every things has its benefits like do you know old saliva that is in your mouth when you get up when applied to eyes its a remedy of eye diseases specially weak eyesight, similarly eating things on empty stomach and before sleep has its own benefits..... anyways 2 table spoon before sleep and two first thing when you get up and minimum one or two hour gap between breakfast.... other then that
Lowers cholesterol , relieve form neuropathy , when applied to eyes a great tonic for eyes , lowers pain , BG, keep BP in healthy range etc feel free to try its totally natural and post you results after using for atleast two weeks ....good luck and feel free to comment
Thank you for your reply drrizwan. I believe in many health benefits of EVO which is my main edible oil throughout my daily diet. I would try to take it the method you've recommended. Having said that I still believe the natural way to control BGL is by lowering CARB intake (right kinds and right portions) and exercising regularly.
