With perhaps the exception of an apple, the rest are sugar bombs and should be avoided.

As per my opinion, Papaya and Water Melon should be O.K. as they contain less sugar than Grapes, Mango, Chikoo, Custard Apple etc.

please  keep  banana,  mangoes  jackfruit,   custard apple    and   chickoo,     in  enemy  list.   please    please,   still   if  you   cannot  resist,     once  in  year  or   twice  year  ok.   but  on  that  specific   day    reduce  other  food  intake.   however,    just  check  with  senior  dieticians,    not  the just pass   outs.   they will be in   a  best position  to   advise  and  guide   you

From all the the above post, and from my personal experience, except for green apples, most of the fruits are a taboo.

Any fresh, dried or canned fruit without added sugar is acceptable to eat when u have diabetes.  However, u need to only have one serving per meal of any of the fruit mentioned.  U need to control the portion such that u do not eat more than the equivalent of 15 grams of carbohydrate for example 1 small apple or 1/2 of a banana or 2 small figs or 1/2 to 3/4 cup of pineapple at any one meal.  U should see a dietitian to learn how to eat a balanced diet to keep ur blood sugar within normal limits as much as possible.
