Bought this form niligiris as SAMBA WHEAT hope this is long wheat

Might be.

What it definitely is is STARCH.

STARCH is a molecule that breaks down into GLUCOSE.

GLUCOSE sends your BLOOD SUGAR through the roof.

GLUCOSE is what's made you diabetic.

So consuming STARCH is the answer to T2 diabetes?

Thanks mike, thanks for your diligence in trying to put me on right path, but i want to give it a try and see, actully plesae sdee that using this kind of wheat is not new my mother told her mother used to ahve the same when she was diabetic and it had helped her for some years atleast, it is kind of a traditional knowledge , might help

Most diabetics are very remiss when it comes to testing and addressing the root cause of their condition. When an unproven 'solution' is offered by an unqualified believer taking their reliance from ancient oral tradition or ayurvedic books, then that's the path of least resistance and one that appears to offer hope. Then the 'patient', having addressed the issue can forget about it and carry on as usual.

If long wheat has some miracle ingredient then, unless it is identified, it is just one more piece of folklore that offers hope but nothing more.

I understand that it is very difficult for older people (especially in your culture) to change their lifestyle, but sadly unless the nettle is grasped, then it's a journey that will continue on a road long travelled.

The only regime proven to have a major impact on T2 diabetes outside of medication is LCHF.

Just go and take a look at Anup's postings - the man is T2 and takes no medication and hasn't for 6 years!

i belive LCHF helps too, i had tried very low Carbohydrates diet once with very less rice,wheat and mainly eating spinach, cabbage,cauliflower,mushrooms , chciken and egg, that time my h1ac crshed to 6.0%,
