Roche accuchek meters are by far the best.
The only meter with least complaints the world over.
There is difference in readings even on Ac cu-Chek meters also.If the meter reading is say100mg/dl.,actually it can be 110mg/dl or 90mg/dl.There is a difference of 10% (10mg/dl.)minus or plus reading up to 100mg/dl, 15 mg minus or plus up to 150mg/dl.and 20 mg/dl.minus or plus up to200mg/dl&so on. This variation is even higher above reading 200/mg/dl up to 30%. It has also been mentioned on the pamphlet/instructions provided by company with supply of meter.
30 mg/dl,in place of 30%
No machine in the world is hundred percent efficient. Say if any machine Indicated horse power is 20,it will not give more than 16 brake horse power,means its efficiency is 80%. Brake horse power is the power which reaches the wheels of the car,trucks,buses or two wheeler from its engine,
That is the case with glucometer also.
How is the calibration done in strip? Please explain.

I have checked accuracy of my accucheck meter as you said.I have found difference of around 10 to 12 points.
