hi i m 28 years old..i hv biabetes from june 2014 now its normal.but i m afraid from this.plz advice..

If u need help please provide the details ( if on meds ? , what is your food plan ? what are ur daily readings ? ) for everyone to help you u need to give proper details but since you are young n long way to go there is no way u can take things lightly , get a glucose meter test your readings after food write it down see which food spiking sugar levels , cut down the carbs , " LCHF " search in here and Google about the carbs if u are serious about your health don't just be afraid but take some ACTION and you see it makes a whole lot of difference !.

dear sir..thanks for reply...ok i as per ur advice i cheek my reading...after tat i inform u....but i m new suffering from this ...i dont know what is parameters fir this......i know olny that its 417 first time ..after one weel..its 200 ..thaen i cheek its after one weel its 132 after food and fasting time its 94....niw i cheek on 23 july.

this time its 79...my weight always 72-73..but one from one month i go for excirse now my weight 69 kg....doctor tell me its control now....in food..i am pure vegetarian... no use alkhol and smoking any time...dont take rice now...eat chapati..milk..salads.. only...again thaks for ur advice..

Please do not be afraid of diabetes.You are a young person, go on with your normal life as if nothing has happened.Lead an active life.Apart of routine take out some time for brisk walk or exercise at home.Regulate your life in a set pattern, quit smoking if you do,reduce alcohol to bare minimum.Timely eating moderately balanced food.Avoid every thing sweet ,sugar ,jaggery and honey and all products which have it.Say NO to all packaged and ready made foods and juices and soft drinks.Try to live a normal life avoiding as far as possible stress and tension.You will always remain fine.Best wishes and good luck.

yes my office working timing is 10-11 hours. ..i take time for excirse too small...only half hours....i try for yoga also...but i dont know how can i manage all things..but i try fir my best health..... thanks fot advice
