Hi!I have recently been having a pain under my feet.just next to the heel portion.because of that pain i am not able to go for my walks.

I am taking Nervijen XT (0-0-1) and Evion LC (1-0-0). You should get your doctor's advice.

We should go for Diabetic Neuropathy and Doppler Test on legs.

I also do a simple exercise -- stand on toes, lift body and then come back to flat heel position. Repeat the movements about 10 times slowly and then stop. If the pain does not subside, repeat 2 or 3 times and then see. This exercise can be done anytime (when the pain shoots up, or stays) and anywhere.

I have same foot pain. But my diabatologist did Diabetic Neuropathy and Doppler Test on legs but he could not diagnose. Which specialist i should go to?

Test your B12 levels if they are too low then it could be peripheral neuropathy. Normally diabetic neuropathy decreases with BS control.

Consult different doctor or neurologist.

Doug, i use CROCS company's soft canvas shoes for walking(which having pink colour inserts). But i cannot walk barefoot.

with lchf diet my weight came from 85kg to 74. my hight is 173, so now i am not over weight also.

What happens was I used to walk bare foot for 1 hours daily in the pebbles roads. I thought these accupoints under foot will heel my health problems. That is the way it started. Now i have no pain. But barefoot walking pain. Stiffness also their. Form the web i learn the heel up and down excise it is really helping me.

Heel pain is sometimes result of internal injury caused by Spurs ie bone growth tearing into the inner skin in the adjoining area. There is no known cure for Spurs. Once affected, use of silicon heel inserts in shoes can lessen the pain. One has to avoid landing on heel or dig in with heel.
