I am using Ecosprin 150 since 3 years at bed time, please let me know whether there are any side effects for using the same for long period

Did you have any cardiac complication,eg. Heavy ness or pain in the chest?Hope your medication is under medical supervision.

Ecospirin is being administered by the doctors to the pationets who are having bad lipid profile. You are also having Telamsartain group of medicine for Hypertension which have certain side effects.

It is suggested to take following Aushadhies which will be helpful to reduce your BP and will improve your lipid profile.

1) Arjuna Powder 3-5 grams twice a day.

2) Brahmi, Sankhpushpi and Jatamasi Churn in equal qty. mix it well, keep in air tight container , take this 5 grams in morning at the time of break fast and in evening at 6 pm

3) Please avoid salt intake completely for at least 45 days

4) Please avoid sugar

5) Introduce Green Tea with few drops of lemon added with Tulsi Patra and Fudina , no need to add Sugar , if require you may add some black peeper for test

6) Walking for 30 mins in morning and at night will be very beneficial.

7) Completely avoid oily, spicy foods.

Keep track of your Blood pressure every week, record it .

Continue all the medicines as prescribed by your doctor.

Please undergo following tests after 45 days

1) Complete Lipid Profile

2) RFT

3)FBS & PPBS

Please inform report status after 45 days.

Thx. For d information. Are u a aryuvedic dr.? Can we take allopathic & this aryuvedic medicine together ,won't it lower the bp more then required ?
