Do not take pioz. It will increase yr appetite and shoot upyr weight very fast. Cahnge yr doctor, he is fooling you or inexperienced. Control yr carbs and you will be okay. Listen to medfree. Eat Long wheat diet get yr carbs and u will be okay. ask Shooter George.
