test report shows as 7.1% and fasting as 76.0mg/dl.Mean Bl.glucose as 175.omg/dl.please advise me in the matter

as to what diet I should have.

i am also using diabetone since two month & having goods result alongwith galvnus50/1000 two times one in the morning & one in the evening & also taking liv-52ds of

himalaya but i walk daily & do excercise as given by the diabtone store. blood test given on 10-10-2013 result i s very good F-80 &PP-103 but note that without walking in the moening

excercise dibeties can not cure & controll diet also to reduce bpp.
