Thanks for the response. One more thing, if normal rice, boiled one and the water is fully drained out after boiling it,means the starch in it is fully drained out,is this rice is safe for the diabetic people.

Rice is all carbohydrates. A diabetic has a problem in digesting 'carbohydrates and sugars'. That is why consumption of large quantities of all carbs is not recommended. Some carbs are required to meet the daily calorie need. Proteins and oils are safe for diabetes but not recommended for kidney and heart.

I have measured my ppbs after normal rice, dawaat brown rice, and wheat chappaties, brown bread, subway sandwich. There was no difference, it was around 240 mg. Therefore I don't think this rice is any better, the brown colour just makes you feel that you are eating something healthy like brown bread.

Wheat, brown rice or normal rice all have carbs and if eaten in limited quantity,is ok.Problem with rice is it is difficult to control the quantity whereas in case eating chapatis or Indian bread(wheat),one can easily measure.

One can eat rice also in limited quantities like chapattis I.e. 1/2 katori or 1small katori and eating one diet daily with such rice I don't think will harm a diabetic person,I am also a diabetic person taking 1/2 katori rice daily in lunch. My Fasting sugar is 107 and PPBS is 165

Limit your whole day consumption of brown rice to not more than 100 grams. Burn out the calories by regular walks.Do not add additional calories by other types of foods. Have your medication in a regular manner. Particularly, do not forget metformin if prescribed.
