can u please give me a list of fat based foods which will be beneficial to me

I am a diabetic since last 15 yrs.Under went By-pass surgery of Heart(CABG) in Jan,2003.

I am on Insulin & some oral medicine (Glycomet GP-2) once in the morning and other in the evening

before Breakfast and Dinner.
