I was advised injections of Avastin for my left eye as there was swelling in the retina of the left eye. I took an advice from an other eye retina specialist who advised me not to take injection of Avastin but instead control my blood sugar level.
Avastin Injection are very costly and each injection costs Rs 15000/- and suppose If I had to take 5 such injection of Avastin , it will cost me about Rs 75000/-, so I decide not to take such injections but instead I controlled my blood sugar. Good enough the swelling had dis appeared . What ever damage caused to my left eye had been caused, I can not reverse the damages but with the control of Sugar no further damages will now occur.

You may use of herbal based vitamin supplement food which can keep your diabetic level well within control limit.
Walk minimum 2-3 Kms in morning before sunrise as fast as possible you can.

I had the same problem and I tried an alternate therapy called Ceragem therapy in Chennai during my vacation. This therapy uses Jade stones and it is heated and kept at different positions on the back bone.
Amazing results! Frozen shoulders got freed up in 3 days. Continued the therapy for a month which reduced sugar levels to almost normal. and I do not know if this will work out for everyone but worth trying as no medicines are involved and you only need to spend about an hour in Ceragem centres. I must be honest in stating that I continued my Alopathy medicines for diabetes regularly even while trying this alternate therapy

OGTT is Oral Glucose Tolerance Test. Oral means through the mouth. That means the person has to swallow or drink 75 grams (earlier it was 100 gms) of glucose and at 2 hours from that, the blood sugar test should give a value less than 140 mg/Dl. This is only one of the four tests required to say that a person is cured of diabetes; not merely bringing FBS & PPBS to normal values.
The question is whether this routine you propagate will cure diabetes or only control Diabetes. If it will cure diabetes, from that time onwards one should be able to discontinue it.

Sugar control is the best alternative to avoid further organ damages.Regarding eye treatment.Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai is reliable.They can tell us damages and improvement in eye treatment.
I would also suggest a traditional herb for the eye. it is called as "Eyebright" Eyebright is Europian origin herb and is very good for over all eye improvements. It is available in all the Vitamin Shoppes.
I am using the Eyebright herb and I found to be good for the eyes.

DIABETIC Neuro-Retino-Nephro-PATHIES & Gangrene
As the name of the problem indicates, the basic reason is DIABETES. Hence any compartmentalised approach to treat/rectify the aftereffect alone, leaving the prime-mover (primary cause) is of very limited use - if at all there is any use.
Same is true in case of diabetic retinopathy, diabetic gangrene, diabetic nephropathy etc. That is why I chose a different route (an unbeaten track) & got my Diabetes cured in a matter of three years.
People take things very lightly in the case of early days of Diabetes either due to ignorance or due to misguidance/cheating or due to unfounded/improper courage & run frantically once damage is happened.
If you keep a piece of paper or cloth very close to a choola or fire, it is only a question of time as to when it will catch fire. Closer the fire, faster it will happen. People who are not & could not be CURED of diabetes will & can only say that it can NOT be CURED.
But people who are CURED can not say so. They will say DIABETES IS CURED, BECAUSE IT IS THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE.
I am cured of diabetes Type II & so I keep saying that AT LEAST TYPE II DIABETES IS CURABLE.
It is up to the patients to decide whom to believe & follow. If one follow a wrong path one will reach only a wrong destination.
Those who do not want cure can believe those who are not cured & those who can not cure.
I can only tell. I cannot make them do what I did.
There is a proverb "THE JOCKEY CAN ONLY TAKE THE HORSE TO A STREAM" which means that THE PROCESS OF DRINKING WATER TO QUENCH THE THIRST IS TO BE DONE BY THE HORSE ONLY; jockey is helpless in that.
