You would find aplenty of interesting information pieces when you google "okra for diabetics" I found the following ones interesting.

I am sure you would find that there is good amount of interest among diabetics for trying out Bhindi as a secondary remedy that may help supplementing the regular medicines for enhanced results.

@ HS 1966 I am 40 years old declared diabetic since last two years. I am on 1 tab of Glynase mf after breakfast. Since last month I have started taking Bhindi water on empty stomach and got a good control over the BS sugar level. Although it is still pre matured to comment on the effectivity of the remedy but my suggestion to you would be to give it a shot there are no side effects but please be careful to avoid ladyfinger if at all one is suffering from arthritis. Go ahead and all the best do let this forum know about your results. "MINE IS POSITIVE". May be other ppl can benefit from our experience.

Dear Lohitji:

Pl tell us all why this Okra (bhindi) water is not advised for people suffering from arthritis. What are the adverse effects?

Thanks.

Dear Hsparekhji,

Arthritis and Okra do not go hand in hand there are results where ppl having arthritis experienced an inflammation in the pain on consumption of Okra. Rest can be confirmed from a doctor. I will be happy if I could solve your query.

Regards

Lohit

Please don't use BHINDI, this will control the sugar level but u have to consult the doctor and take the medicine time to time This is better for your health.

I tried bhindi for one month but it didnot help .It only increased my joint pain.you may try "INDRAJOP' mixed with a glass of water overnight & then drink it in the morning after filtration.don't stop ur current medicines alongside. It helped me a lot in controlling bloodsugar.INDRAJOP is a paddy like material available in grocery shop.

Hi AxEffect,

According to member 'medfree' what you are doing is 'Chery-picking' :-) :-) As I understand from meenaraju's survey request, some members have multiple IDs here.

Nice to know that you have seen my article. I know that what you say is the definition of Diabetes. I feel that your perception is incomplete. I sympathize about your 'scientific' evaluation of my results. Even if all the members of this forum or any large population of experts repeat the words "diabetes cannot be cured", the facts that I was diabetic & that I am cured is not going to change.

You seem to have chosen an apt username but like an ax felling trees or splitting wood, repeating the above words any number of times will not fell or split me because I am cured & I have results from Internationally accredited lab.

I must confess that the protocols for claiming cure are unknown to me; please elaborate on those so that I can learn & stop repeating the mistake.

I do not believe or accept that you are lost because of the section on Bible quotes; you are lost due to some thing else which is unknown to me! The Bible quotes has nothing to do with religion or belief. Those are some well drafted sentences with appropriate wordings to express what I wanted to say; so I used those, acknowledging its source in order to avoid a possible allegation of 'theft of words/ideas' from 'some' pessimists around us.

A contradiction is seen in your words. Don't you find that statements "diabetes cannot be cured" & "You are a pre-diabetic case at best in my opinion and have just managed to pullback from there". Learned people like you have behaved similarly whenever a new idea contradicting the existing knowledge have come up; there are umpteen examples in the history of science. You & medfree will keep telling the same thing (if I were like medfree, I would have used a specific word here) until a white-skinned guy say the same thing.

On 07.07.2006 my FBS was 118 mg/dland PPBS was 197 mg/dl; after a lapse of two years, on 08.07.2008 my FBS & PPBS were 107 & 192 respectively. In-spite of these numbers, you chose to say that "you are a pre-diabetic case at best in my opinion and have just managed to pullback from there".

On 09.07.2009 after a marriage feast with 3 servings of rice (~ 100 gms each) followed by 6 dessert/sweet/fruit servings my PPBS was 100 mg/dl without any medicine or exercise. After that I am on normal rice based diet without any medicine, LWMDR or exercise & maintaining HbA1c <= 5.9% till date! HENCE I CHALLENGE ANYBODY TO PULL BACK A PREDIABETIC (WITHOUT USING LONG WHEAT) WHO HAD THE READINGS TOLD EARLIER HERE & SHOW A PPBS 100 mg/dl WITH A SIMILAR FEAST DESCRIBED EARLIER, AFTER BEING ON RICE BASED DIET & NO DIABETIC-MEDICINES DURING THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING 20-30 DAYS; ALSO SHOW NEGATIVE RESULT FOR ORAL GLUCOSE TOLERANCE TEST EVERY YEAR AT LEAST.

Did you not read the title of my article? It is not a scientific or technical 'Paper', it is the narration of "GEORGE's EXPERIENCE" & for your kind information, those two words were appended by the administrators of the website to make it person-specific. A person like you should have noticed &/or understood it.

Do you know how many hits my page has? As of now (2123 hrs on Mar 21, 2014 [I copy & paste]: "This page has been accessed 46,202 times.

I will prefer to leave *you* Mr Hidden. ShooterGeorge has posted very relevant information. People like you don't value good information and you don't want people to be benefited. You are having an immature teenager's brain who can't understand a meaningful post.
