TAKING MEDICINES ALONE WILL NOT BRING DOWN BLOOD SUGAR ALWAYS. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR FOOD HABITS & LIFE STYLE ALSO TEMPORARILY TILL CURE.

It is also possible that your pancreatic beta cell is not secreting insulin as before. As you grow old, insulin produced in your body may become less and less. Inactivity contributes insulin resistance also.

The pancreas of a normal adult contains approximately 200 units of insulin and the average daily secretion in healthy individuals ranges from 30 to 50 units.
