My diabetes is within limits with medicines & diet control. I pass urine 3 to 4 times at night. How to reduce frequency of urination?

Have dinner 2 hrs before going to bed and donot drink water immeadiately before going to bed. In case you wake up being thirsty in the night, take a sip only. Try if you get result.

Check for benign prostate hyperplasia. Don't drink water after 6:00 pm or consume foods rich in carbohydrates.
