I am a Type 2 Diabetic. With BP. I am on regular medication. I have been avoiding fruits .What are the fruits I can eat. Is papaya good

1. Regularly do Pranyama - Kapalibhati- 5 to 10 minutes, Anuloma, Viloma - 15 minutes and Bastrica 5 minutes

2. Practice following Asanas - Suryanamaskar - 12 rounds, Trikonasana , Ardha Matsyendrasana, Bhujangasana, Dhanurasana, Matyasana, Yogamudra,Paschimotanasana, Pawanamuktasana

3. Make a powder of dry leaves of Neem l Tulasi , Bael White Bougainvillea (200 gms of each and add roasted black pepper seeds (200 gms). powder them all together. take one tea spoon 30 minutes before each meal.

Sugar levels will become normal over 4-6 months.

PRANAYAMA and ASANAS to be continued and should become part of ones daily life.in addition 45 minutes brisk walk is also essential
