I M 42 yr having diabetes 10 years.doctor told me that my pancreas generate insulin but not spreading.I will be on insulin rest of my life.

I think you are type 2 and inadvertently you were given insulin by injections, that made your panceras to go lazy.Follow the doctor if he is diabetes patient.
