Im 72 years old and diabetic for the past 10 years. I get tired very often during the day 7 feel sleepy.Unable to work on hand Any solution?

hi can u tell me your outdoor habits like timing you go into sun and how much body exposure you have and if you have pain in bones, joints, or muscles

What i consume is called 'Lal Alambi' in Maharashtra. Which is extremely rare species, which until 1975 could not be cultivated and since then it is being produced world over. It is also called an 'Adaptogen' which adopts to your metabolism, detoxifies your cells and is a natural insulin. It is available all over India through manufacturer's offices or stock points to members only. Cost of membership is nil, but one must apply with photo+address proof+PAN card if any as per Govt of India regulations. Cost of the consumption is about Rs.600/- per month. With advancing years,tiredness and sleepiness are normal for a diabetic.I am in the same position.Most important point is regular exercise like walking for at least 40 minutes daily without fail.

Go alone for your walk so that you can avoid chatting with others.
