My FBS is 280.& HBA1c test indicates 281. I am on Gemer2 morn & night and Glyciphage p15 after lunch,since two weeks.Age-53.Any suggestions?

I arm a diabetic aged 53.From my experience for reduceing sugar level take 2 to 3 pegs of brandy after annalysing which is most suitable.certain may higher the value.
