Please get tested in a diagnostic laboratory.The lab report will indicate what the normal ranges are.
anup ji - bfr i take dinner it is between 95-105. it is it ok or shd i take some more carbo...with even tea. after dinner it is 120-130 and agn fbs is 120-135
