I am diabetic. .I don't take my medicines for one day what will happen?any damage occur to any organ?i am talking metformin and semidionil

As far as possible do not avoid taking medication. Maintain near perfect time everyday. Do not think there will be a damage or a danger if you miss it a day. But also do not feel "nothing happens for a day!" Please be regular and punctual. It helps.

It is better to be very regular with food,medicines,exercise and time you go to sleep.This is not anything particular with diabetes. Discipline helps. Long term usage of metformin is known to impair B12 absorption in the body. B12 supplements may beneeded. Pl. consult the doctors.
