I need help meal planning! Does anyone know of a book or program that can easily get me on my way to a low carb family! Thank you in advance!!

Have you tried looking for books on Low Carb High Protein dieting? I find that eating low carb and high protein helps control the blood sugars better and keeps the numbers on an even line all day.
