whats the difference between hyperglycemia and diabetes?

They are the same.If the blood sugar level is more than the normal range(70 to 110 fasting and 110 to 140 two hours after food) one is said to be diabetic or hyperglycemic.If at any time the level goes below 70,it is called hypoglycemia,a very dangerous condition.
